Job summary

FlyLock Security Solutions is seeking a General Manager in Burlingame, CA to lead office operations, grow revenue, and ensure high‑level customer service. The GM will recruit and develop Service Technicians, manage budgets, and drive safety and compliance across the team.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build relationships with commercial clients while delivering WOW! service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in locksmith, security solutions, or related trades.
• Proven leadership and clear communication abilities.
• Ability to drive sales while controlling expenses and shrinkage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong relationship-building with customers, technicians, and staff.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the professional growth and development of all individuals within the office.
• Recruits, hires, and trains a team of Service Technicians.
• Motivates technicians to deliver WOW! customer service.
• Develops marketing programs to grow referral sources and new business.
• Maintains billing records and visits commercial accounts as scheduled.
• Manages budgets, invoices, contracts, and project scopes.
• Ensures safety compliance and PPE usage across teams.
