Job summary

Rehab Medical LLC is seeking an Office Manager to support day-to-day operations at the designated office and warehouse location. The role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and emphasizes process adherence, staff management, and operational excellence.

Requirements include a college degree and at least two years of customer service experience; operations/management experience is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and a proactive, self-starting approach are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversight and support of operations for designated office.
• Drive team performance through organization and planning.
• Ensure that office is operating at the highest possible standards by following all processes and procedures.
• Lend support to local personnel for compliance of office operations.
• Assist with interviewing and training.
• Manage overall performance of all direct reports.
