Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience.
• Experience with leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and property operations.
• Experience with affordable housing compliance programs is a plus.
• Multifamily certifications (NALP, HCCP, ARM, CAM) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead leasing activities to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Coordinate move-ins/renewals, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Develop leasing/marketing strategies to maintain occupancy and traffic.
• Oversee daily operations including maintenance coordination and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and support budget goals.
• Lead on-site team and collaborate with regional leadership.
