Job summary

Bradley Company in Liberty Tower and The Hill is seeking a Property Manager (Conventional) to oversee lease-up and ongoing stabilization of a multifamily community. You will drive occupancy, supervise operations, and coordinate resident services on-site, partnering with regional leadership to uphold Bradley’s standards.

Key duties include leading leasing activities, conducting tours, processing applications, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and ADA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience, lease-up experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success with market-rate and conventional properties; mixed-use or affordable experience a plus
• Multifamily designations such as NALP, HCCP, ARM, or CAM are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing activities to achieve occupancy and stabilization goals during lease-up and stabilization
• Conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases, coordinate move-ins and renewals
• Develop local leasing strategies to meet absorption targets
• Partner with marketing to drive traffic and brand awareness
• Monitor leasing data and adjust strategies to stay competitive
• Oversee daily property operations including curb appeal, unit readiness, and vendor scheduling
• Conduct inspections for cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Manage work orders and follow up on service requests
• Maintain property documentation and Fair Housing/ADA compliance
• Assist in developing and managing annual operating budget
• Monitor rent collections and expenses to support financial goals
• Review monthly reports and recommend corrective actions
• Process invoices and resident billing accurately
• Serve as on-site resident contact and promote a positive community atmosphere
• Address inquiries promptly and professionally
• Build relationships with regional management, accounting, maintenance vendors, and corporate teams
• Support resident retention initiatives and community engagement
