• Lead execution of company standards: Evaluate store presentation, pricing accuracy, and loss prevention compliance.
• Goal setting and promoting customer loyalty: Develop customer engagement and drive satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with inventory management and freight movement processes and safety standards.
