Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a capable retail leader to support store operations, sales, and customer service. You will work with the Store Manager to drive efficiency, coach team members, and ensure policy adherence while maintaining a safe, productive environment.

The role requires leadership experience, a high school diploma or higher, and flexibility for varied shifts. A valid driver’s license is required, and familiarity with farm, ranch, or pet knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work varied shifts.
• Assist Store Manager with operations, drive sales and planning.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service and coaching to Team Members.
• Support hiring, training, and policy adherence.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and cash handling oversight.
