Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an experienced Unassigned District Manager to oversee a district of 10-15 stores. This role focuses on driving sales, profits, and operation standards while leading store managers and building a strong team.

You will partner with store leaders, implement loss prevention, manage labor and budgets, and develop succession plans. A minimum of five years in retail leadership and multi-unit management is required, with a high school diploma and business-related degree

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profits by challenging store teams to achieve district metrics.
• Partner with SSC and Store Managers to develop solutions for business issues.
• Build and maintain an effective succession plan for the district.
• Lead execution of company standards including pricing, inventory, and loss prevention.
• GURA: Greet customers, uncover needs, recommend products, and close sales.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Coach and observe customer engagement across stores.
