Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking an Unassigned District Manager to oversee a district of 10–15 stores with training to lead across locations. The role emphasizes developing leaders and executing company standards.

You will drive sales and profits, recruit and develop Store Managers, coach teams, ensure merchandising and loss prevention standards, and maintain a safe, productive work environment. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years retail leadership experience.
• Multi-unit retail store management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or the equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales and Profits: lead store teams to achieve top line, margin, and district metrics.
• Build the team: recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Store Managers and staff.
• Lead execution of company standards: ensure merchandising, pricing, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Goal setting and promoting customer loyalty: drive customer engagement and loyalty initiatives.
• Oversee district operations, safety, and a productive work environment.
