Job summary

Tractor Supply Co. in Burleson, TX seeks an Unassigned District Manager to oversee a district of 10-15 stores, driving sales, margins, and district metrics while ensuring merchandising and loss-prevention standards are met.

You will recruit and develop Store Managers, build succession plans, and deliver coaching and performance reviews to store teams, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years retail leadership experience required. Multi-unit store management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profits across a district of 10-15 stores, including margin and district metrics.
• Partner with SSC and Store Managers to develop solutions for business issues.
• Verify execution of merchandising initiatives and loss prevention standards.
• Lead staffing decisions, recruit Store Managers, and deliver performance reviews.
• Build succession plans and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
• Evaluate store presentation standards and pricing accuracy, and support continuous improvement.
