Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multi‑unit restaurant operations, focusing on sales growth, labor control, and food cost. You will mentor restaurant leaders and drive a culture of positivity across your assigned area.

With 2–5 years of multi‑unit leadership, you will spend 2–3 days per location directing teams and ensuring targets. Café Zupas opened in 2004 and now operates 85 kitchens across 8 states; join us in this energetic, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi‑unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five‑day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi‑unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2‑3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for the leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
