Job summary

Cafe Zupas is hiring a District Manager to lead operations across our area. You will partner with restaurant leaders to drive sales, optimize labor and food costs, and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership, a five-day set schedule, and a proven ability to develop people and grow business. We offer a competitive pay, 401K, PTO, and free meals in a positive, energetic culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
