Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant locations, driving sales, labor, and food cost targets while upholding our commitment to real ingredients and guest satisfaction.

You will work closely with restaurant leaders, spend 2-3 days per location providing direction and feedback, and mentor teams to grow leaders for the bench. Join a fast-paced, positive culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills with mentoring experience.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
