Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across multiple units in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. You will work closely with restaurant leaders, traveling 2-3 days at a time to provide direction and ensure performance against sales, labor, and cost targets.

The role demands a proven track record in developing people, strong leadership, and the ability to foster a positive, fast-paced culture while guiding teams toward shared goals.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Enthusiastic, positive and driven; thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership.
• Support all assigned leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders and collaborate with Talent Mentors.
