Job summary

Harmony, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our behavioral health team. You will work with a clinical staff to deliver outpatient therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate for client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Professional licensing pathway emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and fellow therapists.
