Job summary

Harmony, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed therapists to deliver outpatient individual and family therapy in a supportive, growth‑oriented setting. You will work with a clinical team to develop treatment plans, coordinate care, and support clients on their path to licensure.

You will participate in case conferences and discharge planning while maintaining strong ethical standards and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high‑quality care.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength‑based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on clients' needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to deliver holistic care.
