Harmony, a Transformations Care Network member, invites licensed mental health therapists to join our team and empower clients in behavioral health. You will work in a collaborative environment with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians to provide outpatient therapy, with supervision and ongoing professional development.

• Master’s degree is required or license-eligible per state regulation.
• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing documentation and authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to deliver holistic care.
