Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation may be required.
• Professional licensing track through education and supervision.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development including supervision and CE.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, plans, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to provide holistic care.
