Job summary

Harmony, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking Mental Health Therapists to empower diverse communities through outpatient therapy and collaborative care with a clinical team. We support growth and licensure in a supportive environment while emphasizing ethical practice and high-quality care.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Social Work or related field, with provision for licensure and access to ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation.
• Experience in mental health care and client-focused practice.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other team members.
