Harmony, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed mental health therapists to provide outpatient individual and family therapy. You’ll develop crisis and wellness plans, participate in care team discussions, and ensure compliant documentation and billing within a supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFC, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation (if required).
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.

• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to deliver holistic care.
