New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed therapists to join our Transformations Care Network team in Irwin, PA. You will provide outpatient therapy to diverse clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical and administrative team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists for holistic care.
