New Directions Mental Health in Bridgeville, PA, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed or provisional therapists to join a supportive clinical team and advance toward licensure. You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy and collaborate with an integrated care team to support diverse local communities.

Qualifications

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on clients' needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans supporting stable functioning.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plan completion.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other therapists.
