Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed mental health therapists to join a supportive, growth‑focused team. Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Active professional license in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure by time of hire.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and continuing education.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, staff, and therapists.
