Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking licensed mental health therapists to empower communities and broaden access to care. You will join a clinical and administrative team that supports growth, supervision, and licensure development.

As a Therapist, you provide outpatient therapy, collaborate with psychiatrists and other professionals, and participate in case consultations and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation and treatment plans with insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians and staff for holistic care.
