Qualifications

• Must hold a current and active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or be eligible for licensure by time of hire.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case conferences, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff.
