Brabo Insurance in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking an entry-level Insurance Specialist to support commercial accounts and audits. You will work with licensed producers and our Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

The role starts at $25 per hour with Brabo providing support to obtain the Florida Property & Casualty license within four months. The position is office-based with hybrid flexibility and requires occasional local driving using a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic numeric literacy and payroll exposure are a plus.
• Willingness to study for and obtain Florida Property & Casualty license within four months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with servicing personal and commercial insurance accounts.
• Support policy changes, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and related documentation.
• Prepare and review payroll-related data for audits and cross-divisional coordination.
• Maintain organized client files and documentation; support proposals and renewal preparation.
