Job summary

BRABO Insurance in Palm Harbor, FL, seeks an entry-level Insurance Specialist to support commercial accounts and audits. You will work with licensed producers and services teams, with hybrid office flexibility and occasional local driving using your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with numerical accuracy.
• Willingness to obtain Florida Property & Casualty license within four months.
• Able to travel locally for business errands and client visits.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel preferred.
• Experience in insurance, payroll, or customer service is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with servicing personal and commercial insurance accounts.
• Support policy changes, endorsements, certificates, renewals.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and maintain records.
• Assist with workers’ compensation and general liability audits.
• Pull payroll reports and coordinate with Payroll/Benefits teams.
• Ensure data consistency across payroll, benefits, and insurance platforms.
• Support sales, training, and renewal preparation; license within four months.
