Brabo Insurance, a veteran-owned company, seeks an Insurance Representative to support clients, drive policy sales and renewals, and provide exceptional service from Palm Harbor, FL. The role offers a hybrid remote option after six months, with Monday–Friday hours and a competitive hourly rate.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, accuracy, and experience in customer service. Licensing health and life insurance within six months is required.

• An eye for detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks

Primary Duties:

• Facilitate sales and renewal work for insurance policies
• Liaison to clients and carriers
• Provide World Class client service
• Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns
• Offer expert advice to clients regarding coverage nuances, recommend suitable changes, and oversee policy modifications
• Enhance client accounts through cross-selling and account rounding
• Diligently maintain and update client accounts in our automation systems, ensuring all interactions are documented
• Assist other members of the insurance team with related duties

Requirements

Experience Requirements:

• Customer Service in Office Setting, one year or more
• Computer Literacy, moderate to advanced (Excel, Outlook, SalesForce, Employee Navigator, Carrier Portals)

Licensing:

• You are expected to obtain your Health and Life Insurance licensed within the first 6 months of employment
