Job summary

Brabo Insurance, a veteran-owned company, seeks an Insurance Representative to support clients, drive policy sales and renewals, and provide exceptional service from Palm Harbor, FL. The role offers a hybrid remote option after six months, with Monday–Friday hours and a competitive hourly rate.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, accuracy, and experience in customer service. Licensing health and life insurance within six months is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form.
• Attention to detail with ability to multitask.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service in office setting desired.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales and renewal work for insurance policies.
• Liaison to clients and carriers.
• Provide World Class client service.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns.
• Advise on coverage nuances and recommend changes.
• Cross-sell and round accounts to enhance client value.
• Maintain client accounts in automation systems with thorough documentation.
• Assist other insurance team members with related duties.
