As part of the Marketing Leadership Team, you will develop two senior reports, align with distribution priorities, and partner across functions to deepen client engagement and growth across institutional channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of channel marketing in asset management.
• Deep understanding of institutional buying dynamics.
• Experience developing channel marketing plans and lifecycle campaigns.
• Collaborates with sales, product, and marketing teams.
• Strong product marketing and go-to-market execution.
• Experience marketing alternatives to institutional audiences.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Familiar with CRM, automation, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Set institutional channel marketing objectives with leadership.
• Translate plans into focused channel marketing plans with steps and measures.
• Develop client segmentation and marketing programs for institutional audiences.
• Lead design, launch, and measurement of marketing deliverables.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, sales, and product to produce materials.
• Shape messaging using investment capabilities and market insights.
• Lead activation for the alternatives platform.
