Job summary

Integrated Facility Services seeks a Commercial Account Representative to drive sales of mechanical service capabilities in the Springfield, Missouri region. The role focuses on creating client relationships, designing PM contracts, and securing service work, retrofits, and replacements with profitable margins.

Ideal candidates have HVAC knowledge, sales experience, and the ability to generate and quote proposals using estimating software.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and applications.
• Proven track record of sales generation and meeting targets.
• Ability to use estimating software for pricing and quotes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create new client relationships and maintain existing ones to meet sales objectives.
• Support team by addressing internal and external client needs promptly.
• Provide routine and technical support to service sales reps, technicians, and customers.
• Develop leads and opportunities for service work, retrofits, replacements, and PM contracts.
• Design and quote new system installations, replacements, or retrofit solutions with pricing.
• Develop proposals with margins aligned to company requirements.
• Manage service and quoted projects and coordinate with technicians and dispatchers.
• Achieve sales and gross margin targets through effective account management.
