Qualifications

• Five years of HVAC installation experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Lead commercial and light industrial HVAC installation projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and specs.
• Communicate clearly with customers, team and office staff.
• Scope projects accurately and document field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead installations and evaluate equipment replacements.
• Plan projects, order equipment, prepare estimates and coordinate installations.
• Prepare accurate replacement quotes and installation estimates.
• Work with vendors, project managers and field teams to ensure completeness.
• Balance field visits with office-based estimating in a dynamic environment.
