Qualifications

5 years of residential construction, remodeling, estimating, sales, or related field.
Ability to sell residential construction/remodeling projects.
Working knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, trades, sequencing.
Ability to read and interpret residential plans and construction documents for estimates.
Experience estimating projects with multiple trades, subcontractors, scopes of work.

Responsibilities

Generate new residential remodeling, construction, and roofing business across Southwest Florida.
Meet with homeowners to define project goals, scope, budget, and expectations.
Build accurate estimates for remodeling and construction projects.
Review drawings and specs to understand scope and pricing requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams for pricing or technical info.
