Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services is strongly preferred.
• Financial services and/or sales experience is desirable.
• Licensing and ongoing training are required by FINRA/SEC.
• Professional or military career progression is considered an asset.

• Build relationships to create new clients through in-person and virtual sourcing.
• Understand client goals and develop personalized financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience and compliance.
