Job summary

All Pro Recruiting (APR) seeks a Director of Finance and HR to oversee internal financial operations, reporting, and HR administration. This hands-on role combines day-to-day execution with strategic process improvements, working directly with firm leaders.

You will own monthly financial statements, manage billing, AR, cash flow, payroll, and HR processes, while strengthening controls and reporting systems to support firm growth.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in a professional services firm preferred.
• Strong experience in financial reporting and cash flow management.
• Business-minded with growth orientation.
• Comfortable working independently and holding others accountable.
• Excellent communication with partners, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the firm's monthly internal financial statements.
• Manage the billing workflow and final release of invoices.
• Oversee accounts receivable, WIP, realization, and collections.
• Process payroll and manage accounts payable, including Bill.com.
• Forecast cash flow and manage banking relationships.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reporting to partners.
• Monitor and improve key firm KPIs and internal controls.
• Lead HR onboarding/offboarding and benefits administration.
