Taylor Hodson Staffing is recruiting a Director of Finance to lead the company’s financial planning, reporting and performance management, driving a scalable and data-driven finance organization.

The role emphasizes improving forecasting, KPI visibility, profitability analysis, cash-flow management and executive reporting across the business, with responsibility for budgeting, cost controls and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance and accounting with senior leadership in a Director/VP level role.
• Experience in consumer products or inventory-intensive environments.
• Experience supporting multi-channel businesses (wholesale, e-commerce, retail).
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and working-capital expertise.
• Deep understanding of inventory, product costing, COGS and gross margin.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning and long-range financial planning with visibility for CEO and leadership.
• Lead a lean Finance and Accounting team with strong controls, audit, tax, banking and risk management.
• Build profitability visibility across products, customers and channels; analyze revenue, COGS, margins and ROI.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain on inventory valuation, stock costs and working capital.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Optimize financial systems, automation and reporting for data integrity and scalability.
• Manage external relationships with banks, insurers, accounting and legal providers.
• Support strategic growth initiatives, including new opportunities and capex investments.
