Job summary

HawkEye 360 is seeking a hands-on Director of Corporate Security & FSO to lead personnel, physical, industrial, executive protection, and counterintelligence awareness. The role reports to the CISO and CIO, guiding security for personnel, facilities, and sensitive information while aligning with government requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in industrial, physical, personnel, or corporate security roles.
• Experience as an FSO or senior industrial security leader in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA processes, and personnel security systems such as DISS/NBIS.
• Experience managing physical security systems and facility assessments.
• Experience developing and delivering security training programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required U.S. Government security clearances; Secret or Top Secret.
• CDSE FSO training, ISP, PSP, CPP or similar certifications.
• Experience coordinating executive protection or enterprise travel security.
• Familiarity with NIST, CMMC and government security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise security program including PERSEC, physical and industrial security.
• Oversee investigations with government partners and coordinate with HR, Legal, and authorities.
• Develop training programs and security awareness across the organization.
• Maintain security records, audits, and incident documentation.
• Manage security budgets, vendors, and technology investments.
• Provide executive protection guidance and travel security protocols.
• Report security metrics to CISO and CIO and ensure regulatory compliance.
