Job summary

Dead River Company in Brunswick, ME is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle front desk duties, respond to calls, and support accounting and inventory tasks with a customer-focused approach.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will learn all departments, products, and delivery schedules while using the ADDS E3 system to maintain customer accounts and records. This role includes benefit-rich, weekly payroll and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of customer service experience including computer work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in customers at front desk.
• Maintain customer accounts in ADDS E3 system.
• Clerical tasks: inventory control, AP/AR, posting, price changes, payments, deposits.
• Learn all departments, products, services, and delivery schedules.
• Participate in annual market objectives and promotions.
• Cross-train and assist other office staff as needed.
• Perform filing, photocopying, and shredding.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
