Job summary

Westward360 is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to join our Fort Wayne office. You will oversee a portfolio of condominium and HOA communities, implementing programs and coordinating with boards and vendors to keep properties well managed.

Bring CAM experience, budgeting insight, and strong communication to ensure excellent service for our associations and to help drive our growth in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Community Association Manager.
• Ability to explain association finances to Board members and owners and assist with budget planning and special assessments.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).
• Advanced communication skills.
• Ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of condominium/homeowners associations in the Fort Wayne area.
• Implement procedures and programs for each Association to ensure well-managed properties.
• Interact with Boards, homeowners and vendors daily.
• Develop and update preventative maintenance plans for properties under management.
• Respond to inquiries with support staff assistance.
• Solicit bids or oversee work with contractors as needed.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain relationships.
• Conduct property walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs or violations.
• Organize and run Board meetings, typically 4 per year per association.
• Provide financial oversight including budgeting, bill approvals and financial statements.
