    • Work with our internal analytics team to measure and communicate the impact Imagen has had on their business and patients
  • Develop new partnerships
    • Conduct research on potential partners for Imagen
    • Engage external advisors to support strategy development
    • Become an expert on the business models of Imagen, develop deep understanding of prospective partners’ business needs and priorities, and assess how Imagen can best partner with them
    • Define and develop strategic pursuit plans in support of conversations with high-priority partners
  • Drive business development
    • Support the sales team in prioritizing, sourcing, and generating new introductions to executives at target healthcare organizations
  • Coordinate partnership activities within Imagen
    • Work closely with sales leaders to pursue sales opportunities at partner organizations
    • Coordinate with other functions across Imagen, including client success, strategy, product, and operations, to ensure success of our partnerships and to drive regular tracking and measurement of our impact
  • Scale and formalize our partnerships function
    • Build and deploy new, scalable processes to improve efficiency and collaboration of our Partnership team
    • Define, build, and iterate upon the materials, tools, playbooks, and other resources that will enable you to successfully execute on our partnership strategy consistently and at scale
Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in complex healthcare organizations, with extensive knowledge of the U.S. healthcare landscape, especially payors, services, and value-based care companies. Prior knowledge of Primary Care Practices and their challenges and opportunities is strongly preferred
  • At least 2+ years of healthcare experience. Experience working in a startup or early-stage healthcare technology or services business strongly preferred
