Job summary

OneImaging seeks an experienced Growth Marketing & Operations Manager to lead engagement and utilization initiatives for our radiology network. You will own the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, from initial contact to exam completion, collaborating with Customer Success, Member Services, and Product/Engineering teams.

You will build a data-driven marketing operations stack, drive multi-channel campaigns, and leverage healthcare data to improve utilization rates, while staying ahead of industry

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience with engagement and utilization strategies in a B2C or B2B2C environment.
• Experience creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.
• Proven track record building and scaling marketing operations, including technology stack management (Braze).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong background in digital health or a related industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a high performance Engagement Marketing Operation, responsible for utilization of our services from first message through exam completion.
• Build and run a data-driven marketing machine that leverages data, automation, and other tools to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns within and across customers at scale
• Work with our product and technology team to develop and implement robust marketing operations infrastructure that integrates with our tech stack.
• Leverage healthcare data such as eligibility files, prior authorization feeds, and claims data to identify targeted marketing strategies that drive Utilization Rate
• Partner closely with customer and member services teams to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives, and execution
• Continuously iterate on creative ideas, utilizing data to refine and enhance engagement strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing new ideas and best practices to OneImaging’s marketing efforts.
