Thomas J Henry Law seeks a Case Development Intake Attorney to manage a docket of approximately 50 cases, investigate and develop cases, and coordinate with clients and the litigation team. The role emphasizes intake, sign-ups, and after-hours responsiveness to grow case value.

Requirements include a JD licensed in Texas, 0-3 years PI experience, strong writing abilities, and good driving record. Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus; relocation may be involved.

Qualifications

• JD; must be licensed in Texas and in good standing.
• 0-3 Years Personal Injury experience.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Willing to supervise non-attorneys.
• Must have valid TX driver license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Intake function and management of a docket of ~50 cases.
• Investigate and develop commercial cases and secure authorizations.
• Sign up cases in and out of the office; after-hours calls when needed.
• Communicate with clients and adjusters; prepare status reports.
• Assist in case development and coordinate with litigation team.
• Demonstrate ethical obligations and strive to maximize case value.
