Thomas J Henry Law is seeking a Case Development Intake Attorney to manage a docket of about 50 cases, coordinating with a case manager to investigate, preserve evidence, and develop medical and triage aspects of cases. You will handle communications with clients, adjusters, and witnesses, and assist in preparing demands and settlements.

The role requires a JD licensed in Texas with 0–3 years of personal injury experience, strong client service, and excellent writing skills.

Qualifications

• JD licensed in Texas and in good standing.
• 0–3 years personal injury experience.
• Strong commitment to client service.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Experience supervising non-attorneys.
• Valid TX driver license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a docket of approximately 50 cases with a case manager.
• Investigate, preserve evidence, secure reports, and gather witness statements.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and opposing parties; prepare status reports.
• Prepare and document demands; assist in evaluating and settling cases.
• Assist in transferring cases to the litigation team when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal obligations; maximize case values.
