Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys is seeking a Litigation Intake Associate Attorney in Dallas, TX. You will sign up new clients, assess cases, negotiate settlements, and manage initial litigation while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• JD, licensed in Texas as required.
• 0–3 years of personal injury experience preferred.
• Valid Texas driver's license required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Salary: $120,000 base + uncapped commission (3% of all fees collected)

Join Thomas J. Henry Law as a Litigation Intake Associate Attorney. You will play a key role in signing new clients, evaluating cases, negotiating settlements, and managing initial litigation. You will deliver exceptional client service while maximizing earnings through our Every Case Counts Plan.
