Place Network Agents is seeking a motivated Buyers Agent in Centennial, CO. You will join a top-performing team providing models, systems, tools, coaching, training and accountability to help you succeed as you grow with the top 20% of real estate professionals in North America.

You will execute lead generation systems, conduct open houses, convert leads to appointments, and actively assist buyers through offers and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed real estate professional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation capabilities.
• Team player with a service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, weekly trainings, and Partner Call.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify homes.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers.
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology.
