Place Network Agents’ Listing Assistant role offers the chance to learn from top real estate professionals and grow within a proven system across Colorado. You will master scripts, convert appointments into listings, and leverage our coaching, tools, and accountability to accelerate your career.

We seek licensed real estate professionals with 3+ years of experience, strong communication, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit.
• You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions.
• Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
• You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Responsabilités

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
