NAV Real Estate is seeking ambitious real estate agents to join our high-performance team in Colorado Springs. You will convert high-intent leads, conduct consultations, and guide clients through transactions with market knowledge, while earning commissions and profit-share.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Real Estate License (or currently in licensing process).
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Coachable mindset and open to performance accountability.
• Comfortable with commission-based compensation.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic.
• Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to attend Colorado Springs office meetings (minimum weekly).
• Reliable transportation for client showings.

Responsibilities
