You’ll execute PLACE lead generation, hold open houses, convert prospects to appointments, and participate in weekly coaching and trainings.

Qualifications

• Industry or sales experience in real estate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems daily.
• Conduct open houses regularly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers.
