The position involves managing a portfolio with loan exposures typically in the $250M to $2.5MM range and collaborating with loan teams to drive product Cross-selling across the bank.

• Sourcing and developing profitable business banking relationships in the assigned region.
• Retaining and expanding existing client relationships and presenting lending opportunities.
• Collaborating with credit teams on new credit requests and renewals.
• Maintaining and growing portfolio, monitoring credit quality and market trends.
• Partnering with branch network to drive engagement, retention and growth across product lines.
• Managing communications with customers regarding credit and non-credit issues and negotiating loan documents.
