Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 1-3+ years of business development experience
• Commercial or business banking experience with knowledge of lending laws
• Credit experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Source, secure, develop, and retain profitable business banking relationships in the assigned region
• Find new opportunities to sell bank products and services; expand existing relationships
• Contribute to credit portfolio quality and credit extension processing
• Present new lending opportunities and cross-sell bank products as appropriate
• Manage a portfolio of relationships with loan exposures primarily in the $250M to $2.5MM range
• Collaborate with branch network to drive client engagement and growth across product lines
