Job summary

The successful candidate will manage P&L, budgets, and branch performance, coach sales staff, develop leaders, and maintain a culture of accountability and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous profit center or branch leadership experience.
• Strong equipment sales and customer relationship skills.
• Experience coaching salespeople and driving performance.
• Financial and commercial acumen, including P&L and budgets.
• Knowledge of parts and service to lead a full branch operation.
• Track record of developing teams while maintaining culture.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and performance of the location.
• Lead equipment sales, parts, service, and operations.
• Develop and manage department leaders and teams.
• Grow the equipment sales team from three to five reps.
• Expand market coverage and increase market share.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial controls.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on parts/service.
• Maintain a positive branch culture and accountability.
